The maximum capacity of the apartment is 10 people.

The house forms part of the wider estate, and guests have access to the shared services of Borgo Castagnoli. Guests can enjoy spacious outdoor relaxation areas, cook using the wood-fired oven or barbecue, use a private washing machine in the laundry area, and use the on-site parking. Wi-Fi is available indoors and outdoors.
